Fitted Wardrobes

We make and install wardrobes from a range of materials, such that they will complement the feel of the room.

FITTED MIRRORED WARDROBES

Lights have been fitted both above and inside these wardrobes, and a false panel has been made at the left hand side of the wardrobe by the mirror, so that the doors open around the radiator and curtains

DRESSING ROOM WARDROBES

Made from moisture-resistant MDF, with drawers running on full-extension soft-close runners, and painted in a satinwood finish, these wardrobes make great use of a small lobby room between a master bedroom and the en-suite bathroom.

GREY FITTED BEDROOM WARDROBE

A whole wall has been filled with wardrobes, with full-extension soft-close doors and drawers. Made to measure, there is very little wasted space at either end. Other companies fit standard sized wardrobes, and fill the spaces at either end with ‘blanking panels’. As everything made by us is made to measure, there is no need for this.

TULIP WOOD FITTED BEDROOM FURNITURE

This furniture is made from solid tulipwood, in a Victorian style and a traditional manner, using dovetailed joints on the drawers and with  ‘raised and fielded’ panels set into the doors. Being made to measure, the furniture makes the best use of the available space.

SLIDING DOOR WARDROBE

These are made from a combination of moisture-resistant MDF and pine, and when photographed had just been installed, awaiting the painter. The doors open to reveal internal hanging areas, shelves, and drawers.

FITTED WARDROBES IN LOFT SPACE

The unusual shape of a loft room and brick chimney ducting can be incorporated into a wardrobe in interesting ways. This piece is made from moisture-resistant MDF, and when photographed was awaiting the painter.

FITTED OAK WARDROBE

The wardrobes and the head-board between them were created at the same time, with the head-board being set away from the wall so that a pair of lamps could be placed above the beds. The shelf that has been created behind the head-board is used as a bedside table, as the room is otherwise not wide enough to incorporate these and the wardrobes.

1930S STYLE FITTED OAK WARDROBES

This pair of wardrobes was designed to replicate the proportions of the woodwork of the remainder of the house, with high mid-rails in the door panels, and small knobs. These are made from solid oak and veneered boards, finished with satin wax.

WENGE AND FORMICA FACED WARDROBE

This wardrobe was fitted into a small flat in Lincoln’s Inn, overlooking the huge plane tree in the old courtyard. Formica has had a resurgence in the last few years, and gives a glassy finish to the door panels, set into satin-waxed wenge frames.
